30-Day Return Policy
At ENCHY Home, we want you to love your fragrance experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as when you received it

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of home fragrance products, certain items cannot be returned.
This includes:

Used candles, wax melts, reed diffusers, or room sprays

Gift cards
Because our products are fragrance-based and hygienic items, they must be unused and unopened to qualify for a return.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
